Jude Kwame Osei is a barrister of law of the Supreme Court of Ghana. Mr. Osei holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom and a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations from the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD), Ghana.

Mr. Osei worked with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana, first as an Assistant Director in the Legal and Consular Bureau with responsibilities for international economic law, mutual legal assistance, joint co-operation agreements and reciprocal waiver of visa agreements. Nana Awuah is a trial attorney with practice interest in corporate and commercial law, human rights, constitutional and administrative law, intellectual property and real property law. He has vast experience in corporate and commercial law having advised and served a diverse range of clients including multinationals, financial institutions and universal banks.

In his practice, he has advised on mergers and acquisitions and is also reputed for employing new and innovative ways under the Borrowers and Lenders Act as well as the Home Mortgage Finance Act to assist clients within the financial sector recover debts in record time.

Based on his extensive network in francophone West Africa, Nana Awuah has assisted clients recover money from debtors in Cameroon, Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire. As an experienced negotiator, Nana Awuah deploys excellent alterantive dispute resolution skills in difficult cases to bring results to clients in good time.

Kofi Owusu Boateng is a barrister and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. An experienced entrepreneur and a multi-talented marketing communications professional, Kofi is a strategic thinker with a “big picture” outlook.

He joined Parkwood & Mossane with over 18 years of leadership experience spanning various sectors of the economy including retail, technology and financial services. Kofi has worked with global companies such as IKEA in Maryland, Harte-Hanks Data Technologies in Massachusetts, and lately, T. Rowe Price Investment Services in Maryland - a company managing over $600 Billion in assets around the world. Until recently, Kofi was the President and Founder of CHIC Ghana Limited, the sole distributor of a Canadian paint brand in Africa.

With a Master of Arts (MA) in Global Marketing Communication & Advertising (GMCA) from Emerson College, Boston, Massachusetts, Kofi has a deep appreciation for cultural values and their significance in today's business environment.

Angerley Anterkyi is a passionate Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a product of Wesley Girls High School.
Prior to joining Parkwood & Mossane, Angerley was employed as a management trainee with Maersk Ghana Limited, where she undertook a two year – cumulative diploma course in Denmark under the flagship programme, Maersk International Shipping Education. The areas of training included Maritime Law, Economics, Energy, Shipping and Offshore, Human Resources, and Investment. She further gained soft skills with practical training in Business Behaviour, Communication and Cross Cultural Behaviour.

Angerley worked briefly with Maersk, having undergone training while on rotation in the various departments before settling with DAMCO, a subsidiary of the AP-MOLLER Maersk Group. Here, she was responsible for providing solutions to the shipping and logistics needs of clients’ in addition to undertaking senior administrative responsibilities.

Angerley joined Parkwood & Mossane following her call to the Ghana bar and has since been actively engaged in helping position the Firm as the legal advisory of choice. She is currently a volunteer at the Secretariat of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, Ghana Chapter, where she assists with administrative duties.

Angerley has a keen interest in Maritime Law and Arbitration and aspires to continue to represent her clients’ interest passionately within the confines of the laws of Ghana.

Vincent is a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience as a development practitioner. Prior to his pupillage at Parkwood and Mossane, Vincent worked for the government of Ghana as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Middle Belt Development Authority (MBDA) in charge of Operations and Projects. Between 2007 to 2010, he worked as the National Remediation Officer and later, the National Programme Manager of the National Programme for Elimination of Worst Forms of Child Labour in Cocoa (NPECLC) at the Ministry of Employment and Labour Relations.

He has held senior positions in international development organizations with high focus on agriculture, international trade, environment and governance. These include his roles as the Ghana Country Manager of Solidaridad with additional responsibilities for Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire and Nigeria. He was also Country Director of World Cocoa Foundation (WCF), in charge of Ghana and Nigeria.

Additionally, Vincent has served on national and international boards and committees including the Governing Council of Cape Coast Technical University, Residence Committee and Library Board of University of Cape Coast, Social Working Group for Sustainable and Traceable Cocoa of International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Steering Group of International Social and Environmental Accreditation (ISEAL) Alliance Code of Practice and the Global Advisory Group of the Green Development Initiative (GDI).
Vincent is the founder of Sustainability Global, an organization that works with government and donor agencies on various policy issues and national development strategies. He co-founded and acts as Board Chairman of Kokoo Pa, a farmer development organization supporting more than 10,000 cocoa and food crop farmers to access international markets, financial and to bring about social inclusion.
Vincent has a high interest in International Trade Law, Public International Law, Environmental Law, Administrative and Corporate Law.
He is a Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) scholar with MSc. and Postgraduate Diploma in Development Management from Open University-UK. Prior to beginning her legal education, Miss Ayombil graduated with a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Communication Studies at the University of Cape Coast.

Additionally, Sena has over a decade of experience in consulting & advising on several construction & infrastructure projects in Ghana & Cote D'Ivoire in Occupational Health & Safety and Regulatory Compliance. He has also consulted for major firms in the downstream petroleum sectors, Aviation, and global IT firms.

Sena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in Forest and Natural Resources Technology.

He obtained his LLB from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University Of Ghana School of Law. He holds a professional certificate from the Ghana School of Law. He is admitted to practice law as a barrister & solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
